Pricing & Enrollment Questions

What does the monthly fee include?

The monthly fee covers all class sessions, art materials, and instruction. The Beginner Artist plan includes basic supplies. Creative Explorer and Professional Portfolio tiers offer premium materials, portfolio guidance, and personalized feedback. Specific inclusions are listed in each package description.

Can I switch between different packages?

Yes, you can upgrade or adjust your child's plan at the start of each month. We recommend discussing your child's goals with our instructors to find the best fit. Contact us to discuss transitions between packages.

Is there a registration or enrollment fee?

We charge a one-time registration fee of EGP 300 to cover administrative setup and intake assessment. This is credited toward your first month when you enroll. This fee is separate from the monthly class cost.

What if my child misses a class?

Classes can be rescheduled with 48 hours notice if a spot is available. Unused classes within a month do not roll over, but we offer flexibility for genuine circumstances. Contact the studio directly to discuss your situation.

Do you offer trial classes?

Yes, we offer a single trial session for EGP 150. This allows your child to experience our teaching style and meet the instructors before committing to a package. Book your trial through our contact form.

How do I pay, and what payment methods do you accept?

We accept bank transfers, cash, and digital payment platforms. Payment is due at the start of each month. You'll receive an invoice and payment instructions when you enroll. Contact us for specific payment arrangement details.
